Return Policy

Sappho Style prides itself on our customer service and making sure you love your new items. If you have had a change of mind, or chose the incorrect sizing please email and return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • An email must be sent to requesting the return and your order number
  • Returns must include a copy of the invoice
  • Store credit will be allocated via a discount code once the item is returned and meets our ‘Condition of Return’ criteria as below.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock for an exchange.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds for change of minds or incorrect sizing
  • Customers who receive product(s) with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a full refund
  • We do not reimburse any return/exchange shipping
  • Items purchased during sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return
  • Please take care when trying on any products
Conditions of Returns
All product(s) must be returned:
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of make up and tan marks
  • Free of deodorant, perfume or any other personal odour
Sappho Style reserves the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition or within the required return period. Please note, should your returned item not meet our Return Policy it shall be returned to you.

What Can’t Be Returned?
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Cosmetic products
  • Hair products
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear, intimates or hosiery
  • Earrings 
How Do I Make A Return?
We ask that prior to returning any item you notify us of your intent to return the item(s) via email and we will notify you of a return address.

We recommend using Australia post pre-paid bags with tracking. Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
